Francis is a Lecturer in Computer Science at Chancellor College. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Games Programming from the University of Derby and a Master degree in Games Programming from the University of Hull. He has over five years’ experience in complex database systems development and information visualization for both personal computers and mobile phones. Francis has experience developing software in a number of programming languages such as C++, Java, C#, Lua and a few more. As result he is more than capable of developing software for a variety of platforms and operating systems, making him a suitable resource for the proposed assignment.
In addition, Francis has extensive experience in facilitating IT trainings for different categories of learners, including adult learners. Thus far, Francis has contributed towards facilitating the aforementioned ICT skills training for ESCOM staff, which includes delivering content in both English and Chichewa.
